The customer service was outstanding. My house sustained damage from a microburst in late July. I was able to quickly set up an appointment to discuss the options for replacing the roof (much quicker then my neighbors) and repairing some minor siding damage. Having used NESCOR for two previous projects I knew I was getting great products. Installation started just over a week after signing the service contract, despite a one day delay in the start due to bad weather. I was kept well informed of the job's progress and everything was completed within two days. The job site was spotless after everything was done.
